We started our operations in 2017 with a pilot team of 12 employees. 4 years later, we are here. Grown to become an established firm with over 150 employees. Over the years, Talentshell has been fortunate to be a part of many success stories of clients across the world, especially in the USA. I believe the key to our success has not been just one aspect. Rather, it has been a combination of many layers. For example, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we reacted to it promptly and ensured that the projects of our clients were not disturbed. In fact the team managed to maintain the same level of excellence even in the middle of a pandemic.

As you can see, a blend of dedicated employees, inspiring team leaders, state of the art technology, has led to the success of Talentshell in the BPO industry of Sri Lanka.
